These bacon dill pickle pizzas are quick to make, and you’ll feel like you're at the pub! Salty bacon, Cheddar cheese, dill pickles, and ranch—your taste buds will thank you.
Ingredients
- 2 naan breads
- 2 teaspoons olive oil, or as needed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 cup shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
- 6 sandwich-sliced dill pickle slices
- 1/3 cup chopped cooked bacon
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing, or more to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Place naan breads on the prepared baking sheet; brush each with olive oil. Sprinkle evenly with garlic powder and dill. Top each naan with 1/2 cup cheese. Lightly dry dill pickle slices and place evenly on top of cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is bubbly and the edges are nice and brown, about 7 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with bacon and ranch dressing. Serve warm.
