  • 8 lean pork chops 1/2 cup ketchup 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/3 cup distilled white vinegar 1 cup water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  2. In a skillet, heat a small amount of oil and brown both sides of the pork chops.
