A dessert pizza with fresh blueberries and zesty lemon over a sweet crust. Refreshing and light — perfect for summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 (18 ounce) package refrigerated
  • sugar cookie dough
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream
  • cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 (6 ounce) container lemon
  • yogurt
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries

Directions

  1. Press cookie dough onto an ungreased 12-in. pizza pan. Bake at
  2. 350 degrees F for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a
  3. wire rack.
  4. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth;
  5. stir in yogurt. Spread over crust to within 1/2 in. of edges. Sprinkle
  6. with blueberries. Cut into wedges. Refrigerate leftovers.
