Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with ThankfullyThrifty.com! We want you to love your purchase—but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund & Return Policy below for all the details.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for unused, undamaged kitchenware products in their original packaging within:
🗓 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging (including all tags, accessories, manuals, and inserts)
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards or downloadable products
  • Used or damaged items (unless they arrived damaged—see Section 2)

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement, refund, or exchange as appropriate—at no additional cost to you.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment. (Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.) Note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee for certain items, if applicable (this will be clearly noted on the product page if so).

4. Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for the same item (in case of defects) or different items (if stock is available).
To start an exchange, please contact us at support@thankfullythrifty.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance—we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item otherwise.

6. How to Start a Return

We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven’t already been processed or shipped. After that, please follow the return process once you receive your order.
